- Return Eligibility:
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. - Accepted Reasons for Returns:

- Short or expired shelf life (within 1 month of expiry)
- Unusual odor, discolouration, or signs of contamination
- Skin reactions or allergies (reported within 48 hours of use – T&C apply)
- Non-Eligible Returns:
- Change of mind after opening/using the product
- Outer packaging damage that does not affect product usage
- Products not in original, unused, and sealed condition
⚠️ All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition with original packaging intact.

- Cash Refunds: Not available. However, you may exchange the item or receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product (excluding shipping fees).
- If you opt for a higher-priced replacement, the price difference will need to be paid.
- In cases where the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your bank account or original payment method within the timeline below.
